• Provide print and design solutions to customers in a retail environment.
• Create personalized photos and print products.
• Offer basic design and DTP services.
• Operate digital print equipment and pre-press software.
• Interact with customers and provide service beyond expectations.
• Be knowledgeable about the retail print industry.

Skills Required:

• Good English communication is a must.
• Experience using DTP software (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
• Customer-facing experience (face-to-face or phone) is a plus.
• Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
